Business Link National Event
This was a major DTI project for Michael Heseltine in 1994, which involved our full-time involvement over a period of six months.
The event was held at the QEII Centre in London. It comprised a conference for 500 delegates, an exhibition (which we designed and produced) to demonstrate Business Link in action, and a commercial exhibition for third party intermediaries and private sector supporters of the initiative, for which we designed the layout and sold the space.
We were responsible for designing the conference programme, working closely with the DTI to find and brief prestigious speakers. We also wrote a light-hearted presentation for Lord Strathclyde to deliver at the close of the proceedings.
We were also responsible for delegate marketing, management and administration, stage management and filming of the event.
Finally, we designed and produced a post-event package, including video highlights and a printed report.
